These terms cover your use of the Gaming Views app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

What the app is

Gaming Views is a release-tracking app for upcoming video games across PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC. It's a companion app to the Gaming Views podcast/YouTube channel, built and maintained independently.

The app is provided "as is"

We work to keep release data accurate and the app running smoothly, but:

• Game release dates, platforms, and other details come from a third-party database (IGDB) and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. We are not responsible for decisions made based on this data (for example, pre-ordering a game based on a date shown in the app).
• We don't guarantee the app will be available at all times, free of bugs, or uninterrupted.

Purchase

Gaming Views is a one-time paid download. There is no subscription and no in-app purchases beyond the initial download price. What you see in the app at the time of purchase — the full feature set — is what you get, with no features held back behind a further paywall.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse our backend service
• Reverse-engineer the app to extract or resell the underlying game data at scale
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

Third-party platforms

References to PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC, and Steam are for identification purposes only. Gaming Views is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, or Valve.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gaming Views and its developer are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
